One regular registration is within 8 Pages for publication in Proceedings, including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages will be charged.

Authors can join the HKCBEES member for free right now, then you can register the conference as "CBEES Member"(400 USD). Please visit the following website for more information. (Click)

You are so welcomed to join the conference, but if you cannot attend due to some reasons, please inform this to icaaa@cbees.org.

Due to force majeure, the organizer has the right to change the conference time and venue. We will not bear the cost such as airplane ticket, hotel accommodation, etc..

Please CLICK to register directly. After you complete the information in the form and payment procedure, please don't forget to send payment voucher and filled registration form through icaaa@cbees.org to confirm your registration and participation.

Register Abstract  (Presentation Only) (Submit)

You need to submit the abstract around 150-200 words to icaaa@cbees.org before submission deadline. The conference committee group will perform a review(around one week), and you'll be granted the chance to present your research work if abstract passes the review.

Register Full Paper (Publication and Presentation) (Submit)

You need to submit your full paper (5-8 pages) to icaaa@cbees.org before submission deadline, which will enter the preliminary review and peer review system(around 10 days). And you'll be informed of the review status of your paper before the notification date. Then your paper will be published into the conference proceedings/journal if accepted, plus you'll be entitled to present your paper at the conference as well.
