The registration fee covers conference materials, one lunch, one dinner, and two coffee breaks on January 18, admission to all the technical programs of the conference.
Register as Delegate
Please register directly online as delegate. After you fill out the online registration form and pay the registration fee, please don't forget to contact conference secretary through icaaa@chairmen.org to confirm your registration and participation.
Due to force majeure, the organizer has the right to change the conference time and venue. We will not bear the cost such as airplane ticket, hotel accommodation, etc..
Refund Policy
● Cancellation up to 90 days prior to the event date: 30USD
processing fee is required
● 89-60 days prior to the event date: 30% processing fee is required
● 59-30 days prior to the event date: 50% processing fee is required
● 29-0 days prior to the event date: No refund is accepted
Note: If you paid the registration fee by Bank
transfer, there will some extra handling fee when the refund is processing. The exact
amount will depend on the bank and total fee.
